Social Housing

We have experience working with both local authorities and housing associations, offering a bespoke solution to facilities maintenance operations within the Social Housing sector; whether it is simply being a logistics partner, taking over an existing store, managing an existing store on behalf of a client or setting up a new supply chain. Integrated Services therefore has experience in the TUPE process and working with local communities to operate within council requirements.

Building Schools for the Future

Working with Lend Lease, we have developed a framework agreement for the supply of materials and the provision of a comprehensive logistics solution for the Birmingham Building Schools for the Future programme. The key features of the programme include end to end management of logistics through the use of a consolidation centre and the maximisation of KPI's using our transport management system.

Green Deal, ECO and funded schemes

Wolseley UK works with the energy companies and social housing providers to deliver energy efficiency refurbishments. In partnership with our preferred suppliers we have developed a best in class offer of solid wall insulation solutions and renewables. We have worked on a number of CERT & CESP initiatives and can develop bespoke solutions to meet our customers' needs.

In June 2012, Wolseley UK announced its intention to become a Green Deal finance provider. Integrated Services will bring together installer training, access to accreditation and assessment tools in a Green Deal package for installers and in-house operatives. We will ensure that our customers have access to the full range of products on the list of approved measures, including; condensing boilers, ground and air source heat pumps, micro-CHP, biomass boilers, controls, underfloor heating, thermostats and insulation for solid walls, cavity walls and lofts.

How we work

We offer a tailored approach to supply chain and managed services which are delivered by fully integrating our commercial offering with each client. We pride ourselves on our quality staff who work closely with our customers and who become an integral part of their teams. Integrated Services strives for continuous improvement, in products, prices and processes in order to exceed our customers' expectations. We have an open book approach, so we are fully transparent in all areas of the operations and it partnering in the truest sense. We don't just talk partnering; we actually believe in it and demonstrate it.

At Integrated Services, we're about adding value to our client's organisation. In addition to assisting with the initial set up of operations, all our clients have access to an interactive, web based portal that enables them to view the day-day and historical performance of their specific operations - including sales, KPIs and operative performance.

Integrated Services is not off the shelf. It's about listening to customers' requirements and consistently delivering on them. But more importantly, it's also about delivering the requirements customers haven't even thought of yet.

As part of Wolseley UK, Integrated Services has access to a nationwide distribution network, meaning we can supply product where our client wants it, when they want it. Alternatively, we operate managed stores either for or on behalf of clients all across the country depending on our client's unique requirements.
